Each puppy purchase includes:

Reserve Your Puppy

        See your new best friend here!? Reserve your puppy today! In order to reserve your puppy and ensure that it will NOT be sold to someone else a non refundable deposit of $500 is required. This can be paid with cash, credit/debit card using Western Union only, money order, cashiers check, Facebook Messenger, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. (Some fees may apply)

*The remaining balance is Cash Only on delivery/pickup, or due a week prior to shipping out of state using Zelle only*

        After receiving your deposit I'll issue you a reservation form, sign it, and return (by email). Once I receive your reservation form and deposit your puppy is considered sold, and will be held for you until your remaining payment is received and your puppy is ready to go to its new home. No puppy is considered reserved until this process is complete.

The reservation form acts as a receipt for your deposit and reads:                  

By submitting this form along with a $500 down payment, you will reserve the above-named puppy of your choice until it is ready to leave its mother at 10 weeks of age. The down payment will guarantee that the requested puppy will be reserved for you. Deposits are non-refundable, and not transferable to another puppy. Only in the event of injury, illness, or death will you receive a full refund. I cannot guarantee size, and if the puppy is tracking to weigh more or less than originally anticipated will not warrant a refund of your deposit. You have a week after your puppy is ready to go home to schedule delivery. The balance MUST be paid in full and possession taken of the puppy prior to the date listed above (11 weeks of age), otherwise you forfeit all $500 of your deposit, and the puppy can be sold elsewhere. Your remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup, only cash will be accepted. Your remaining balance (including shipping fee) is due a week prior to shipping, through Zelle or Venmo only. (Underlined portion only if shipping out of state).  If you wish to have your puppy stay with me past 11 weeks of age it’s a fee of $20 a day due upfront. You agree you have budgeted for the entire purchase amount, and you will not bargain any discounts, deals, or trades from this moment on. If you decide not to pay the remaining balance you forfeit all of your deposit. You understand your deposit is to compensate for possible sales lost due to holding the puppy specifically for you and time spent advertising and arranging the sale. We reserve the right to withdraw or delay this transaction at any time for any reason that is in the best interest of our puppy. Any attempt to conceal intent to breed will result in immediate cancel of this sale and loss of your deposit. If you wish to request breeding rights do not sign this page until you call the number below to discuss it. All puppies are sold as pets only without AKC breeding rights unless clearly stated above. We recommend at this time you read over our bill of sale and health guarantee (found on our website under Contracts), you will be signing each of these documents on the day of sale. Please “sign” below by hitting reply, type in your name and the date on the lines provided; then hit send. Contact me if you have any questions. 

Our names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses will be added to this form. Along with puppies info, total price, amount and date of received deposit, remaining balance and date it must be paid by. Shorkie's time frames are 2 weeks earlier, they wean faster than yorkie puppies.

Shipping

        Here at Sweet Baby Yorkies we offer fantastic shipping options. We will deliver your puppy (with deposit) to areas around Prescott, Flagstaff, Phoenix, Showlow, Holbrook, and Globe, Arizona absolutely FREE!

        If you wish to have your puppy shipped out of state we can fly to any major airport in the continental US for about $600. The puppy must be at least 10 weeks of age. Our Lap Nannies (couriers) typically charge around $600. When using a nanny you must be flexible. They fly standby and it's common for their arrival time to be pushed back, sometimes more than once. If you would like your puppy shipped, please let me know in advance so we can work out your puppy's travel itinerary.

Diet

Our puppies are currently being weaned to Diamond Naturals Small Breed Puppy (kibble is always available )

And Stella and Chewy's Freeze Dried Raw Duck Patties (given one every morning and night)

Your puppy will come will a small amount. About 3 to 4 days worth.

We order off Chewy.com. They're the least expensive, even including shipping!

We recommend keeping your puppy on their current food as switching can cause an upset tummy.

Please make note that if your puppy is tracking to be smaller than 5 lbs it's likely he or she will be

weaned to wet food  and not just kibble and patty.

I will let you know if you need to purchase Cesar Wet Food.
